The CAKE airdrop by PancakeSwap consists of two parts, and will reward loyal users who participate in the PancakeSwap V3 Early Supporter campaign. The campaign began on 5 March 2023 at 13:00 UTC, and will run until 3 April 2023 at 12:00 UTC. In total, 135,000 USD’s worth of CAKE have been allocated for airdrops - 105,000 USD for Part 1 and 30.000 USD for Part 2. For both parts, participants will also receive an exclusive NFT.

How to participate in the airdrop:

Part 1. Maintain Your Liquidity and Claim Your Share of 105,000 of CAKE Airdrop and Receive an Exclusive NFT

Existing users with a minimum of 500 USD liquidity staked in BUSD/WBNB, USDT/WBNB, BTCB/WBNB, or ETH/WBNB liquidity pools on PancakeSwap’s Masterchef v2 before 5 March 2023 at 13:00 UTC, who maintain this liquidity until 3 April 2023 at 12:00 UTC, will be eligible for a share of the 105,000 USD’s worth of CAKE.

The airdrop amount for Part 1 will be determined by the following tiers:

Part 1: the Part 1 snapshot was taken on 5 March 2023 at 13:00 UTC. To be eligible for the airdrop during the campaign period, it is important for users to maintain their liquidity in PancakeSwap's Masterchef v2 selected liquidity pools until 3 April 2023 at 12:00 UTC. The pool for the airdrop will be divided and distributed among all eligible users across different tiers.  Removing liquidity from the selected pools during the campaign period will result in disqualification from the campaign. If users qualify for Part 1, they will also receive an exclusive PancakeSwap V3 Legend NFT in addition to the airdrop.

Part 2: Add New Liquidity to PancakeSwap to Get a Share of 30,000 USD’s Worth of $CAKE, and Receive an Exclusive NFT

Existing users who have already qualified for Part 1 can also participate in Part 2 of the campaign by adding an additional 500 USD to 20,000 USD liquidity in the BUSD/WBNB, USDT/WBNB, BTCB/WBNB, or ETH/WBNB liquidity pools on PancakeSwap’s Masterchef v2. It's important to note that the additional liquidity must be added before 18 March 2023 at 12:00 UTC, and maintained until 3 April 2023 at 12:00 UTC, using the same wallet used for Part 1.

New users can participate by adding a minimum of 500 USD to 20,000 USD liquidity in the same liquidity pools mentioned above between 5 March 2023 at 13:00 UTC, and 18 March 2023 at 12:00 UTC. They must maintain this liquidity until 3 April 2023 at 12:00 UTC to qualify for a share of the airdrop.

The additional airdrop amount for existing users and new users will be determined by the following tiers:

The Part 2 snapshot will be taken on 18 March 2023 at 12:00 UTC. During the campaign period, users who remove their liquidity from the selected pools will be disqualified from the campaign. Users who have liquidity staked on PancakeSwap's Masterchef v2 selected liquidity pools between 5 March 2023 at 13:00 UTC and 18 March 2023 at 12:00 UTC, must maintain it until 3 April 2023 at 12:00 UTC to remain eligible for the airdrop. If users qualify for Part 2 of this campaign, they will receive an exclusive PancakeSwap V3 Legend NFT in addition to the airdrop.

The PancakeSwap CAKE airdrop is more suitable for users who had provided liquidity before 5 March 2023 at 13:00 UTC, as this qualifies them for the Part 1 campaign, to which a higher amount of CAKE has been allocated. This would mean that these users will receive a higher value airdrop if they meet all the conditions. Keep in mind that to get the airdrop, you must leave your liquidity in the liquidity pool until 3 April 2023 at 12:00 UTC to remain eligible for the airdrop. During this period, the price of individual assets may rise or fall, which may cause you to incur an Impermanent Loss (IL). Before you decide to participate in the airdrop, you need to think about these risks, and consider whether the airdrop you receive will cover any potential losses.
