My first experience with decentralized finance was in 2020. In the early days of DeFi, I was fascinated by the idea of communities working together without personally knowing each other. I began learning about the basics of DeFi projects, web3, wallets, and decentralization. This is where my interest in DeFi began. I quickly became absorbed in the decentralized cryptocurrency world, to the point where my days were spent walking in nature with my dogs, and the rest of my time was dedicated to researching DeFi protocols for Charlie DeFi. DeFi has given me many great friends, experiences, and motivation, and it continues to shape my worldview. I am now living my decentralized dream, where I am able to research DeFi protocols full-time.
