In the official docs, you can find how exactly the bridge works, along with so much more. As far as I know, Allbridge has not been hacked and it has been audited, so bearing in mind its great security, it is one of the bridges I would recommend. On the flipside, there is no certainty that the team behind the project will keep up with the fast-moving development that is happening in the crypto world. Therefore, before using Allbridge, be sure to do your own research and invest only the amount that you are able to lose without it having a serious effect on your life.
